Plot : Lloyd Christmas (Jim Carrey) and Harry Dunne (Jeff Daniels) are unintelligent, socially awkward best friends living in Providence, Rhode Island. Lloyd, a limousine driver, falls in love with Mary Swanson (Lauren Holly) whom he drives to the airport. She leaves her briefcase at the terminal and Lloyd, not knowing it contains ransom money for her kidnapped husband Bobby, retrieves it and attempts to return it to her but is unsuccessful as her Aspen-bound plane has already departed.

Back at their apartment, Lloyd and Harry meet up dispirited, as they have both lost their jobs. The pair are followed by two thugs, Joe "Mental" Mentalino (Mike Starr) and J.P Shay (Karen Duffy), two of Bobby's kidnappers who are in pursuit of the briefcase. Mistaking the crooks for debt collectors, they flee the apartment with the briefcase and return later. Upset over their situation, Lloyd suggests they leave Providence and head to Aspen in pursuit of Mary, hoping that she can "plug [them] into the social pipeline" and return the briefcase. Harry refuses initially but soon agrees. Mental and Shay learn of the duo's intentions and follow them.

During their cross-country trip, the duo encounter a variety of incidents along the way. Pretending his car broke down, Mental is picked up by Harry and Lloyd, but during a stop for lunch the duo unintentionally kill him with rat poison (which Mental planned to use on them). Drawing near to Colorado, Lloyd takes a wrong turn and ends up driving all night in the wrong direction. After waking up and realizing Lloyd's mistake, Harry angrily gives up on the journey and attempts to return home, but Lloyd is able to persuade him to continue their trip after trading their van for a moped.

The duo arrive in Aspen but are unable to locate Mary. After a short scuffle, the briefcase comes open and they discover the money. Needing a place to stay, they "borrow" some of the money for a luxurious hotel room, but also buy new clothes and a Lamborghini Diablo. They discover that Mary and her family are hosting a gala and prepare to attend. At the dinner gala, Harry gets a "date" with Mary and lies to Lloyd that he has gotten him a date with her. After waiting for Mary the whole next day, Lloyd finds out Harry had betrayed him.

After incapacitating Harry by putting laxatives in his drink, Lloyd arrives at Mary's house and informs her he has her briefcase. He takes her to the hotel room and shows her the briefcase. Lloyd confesses his love for Mary, but is rejected. Nicholas Andre (Charles Rocket), a friend of the Swansons who is behind the kidnapping of Mary's husband, arrives and demands that Lloyd give him the briefcase, only to see most of the money gone. Infuriated, Nicholas takes Lloyd and Mary hostage, as well as Harry after he returns to the hotel. After debating who to kill first, Harry allows Nicholas to shoot him. However, Harry survives, having worn a bullet-proof vest the FBI had provided. An FBI team immediately raids the hotel room and arrest Nicholas, as well as Shay. Mary and her husband Bobby are reunited.

The film ends with Harry and Lloyd wandering down a desert road. All the items they bought with the ransom money were confiscated and their moped has broken down. The two unknowingly turn down the chance to be oil boys to a group of Hawaiian Tropic bikini girls, after which Harry ironically tells Lloyd that they will get their "lucky break" one day. They then play a friendly game of tag, closing the film.

Synopsis Film Movie 101 Dalmatians 

American video game designer Roger Dearly (Jeff Daniels) lives with his pet dalmatian, Pongo, in London. One day, Roger takes Pongo for a walk, and he sets his eyes on a beautiful female Dalmatian named Perdy. After a frantic chase through the streets of London, Roger and Pongo discover that Perdy likes Pongo; and her owner, fashion designer Anita Campbell-Green (Joely Richardson), falls in love with Roger when they meet in St. James's Park. They get married along with Perdy and Pongo.

Anita works as a fashion designer at the House of de Vil. Her boss, the pampered and very glamorous Cruella de Vil (Glenn Close), has two passions in life: cigarettes and fur. Anita, inspired by her Dalmatian, designs a coat made with spotted fur. Cruella is intrigued by the idea of making garments out of actual Dalmatians. When she learns that Perdy has given birth to 15 puppies, she offers the couple a decent price for them, but they refuse. Flying into a maniacal rage, Cruella dismisses Anita and seeks revenge against her and Roger. She has her henchmen, Jasper and Horace (Hugh Laurie and Mark Williams), steal the puppies and deliver them to her ancient country estate, De Vil Mansion.

With the help of the other dogs and animals scattered throughout London, the puppies manage to outwit Jasper and Horace, and escape to a farm, where their parents have been called to wait. But shortly after, Cruella, the glamorous 'city girl', shows up and tries to retrieve them. However, she is kicked into a pig pen full of mud by a horse, she having already been covered in molasses. All of the Dalmatians get home by the Metropolitan Police Service, who then arrest Cruella (now covered in molasses and mud) and her henchmen. Roger and Anita adopt the other Dalmatians she stole, bringing the total to 101. Roger designs a successful video game featuring Dalmatian puppies as the protagonists and Cruella as the villain, and they move to the English countryside with their millions.(Wikipedia)

Plot King Kong (2005)

In the autumn of 1932, at the height of the Great Depression in New York City, Ann Darrow has lost her job as a vaudeville actress but is hired by troubled filmmaker Carl Denham to act in his new film. Ann signs on when she learns her favorite playwright, Jack Driscoll, is the screenwriter. As their tramp steamer SS Venture sails to the remote and mysterious Skull Island, Ann and Jack fall in love. Captain Englehorn begins to have second thoughts, following the fears of his crew about Skull Island and its strange creatures, whose evolutionary paths have diverged substantially from their outside counterparts. Some of these creatures present extreme examples of island gigantism. Still others are modern-day dinosaurs – on Skull Island, their ancestors somehow survived the mass-extinction of dinosaurs that affected the rest of the planet. Instead, they continued to flourish, adapt and evolve during the last 65 million years into new, often more-deadly species.

Deep in the southern seas the Venture receives a radio message from its owners informing Englehorn about an arrest warrant for Carl and instructing him to divert to Rangoon. Despite his attempt to turn around, the ship is lost in fog and runs aground on rocks encircling Skull Island. Carl and his crew explore the island to film and are attacked by vicious natives. The sound technician and one of the sailors are killed, and Jack is knocked unconscious. Ann screams as she is captured, and a roar beyond the wall responds. The matriarch of the tribe vows to sacrifice her to "Kong", a 25 ft. (8 m) tall gorilla. Englehorn and his crew break up the attack and return to the stranded ship. Englehorn organizes a rescue party led by Hayes. The rescue party is caught up in a pack of Venatosaurus saevidicus (dromaeosaur descendants, related to Velociraptors) hunting a herd of Brontosaurus baxteri (massive, plant-eating sauropods), and the cameraman is killed along with three sailors. The rest of the rescue party come across a swamp where Bruce Baxter and two others leave the group. While making their way across a giant fallen log, Kong arrives and attacks the rescue party. Hayes is killed and the rest of the crew are shaken off the log into a ravine. Kong returns to Ann and rescues her from three Vastatosaurus rex (the descendants of Tyrannosaurus rex), then takes her to his mountain lair. Englehorn and the rest of the crew save what is left of the rescue party from a pit of giant insects, and as Jack continues searching for Ann, Carl decides to capture Kong. Jack goes to Kong's lair, inadvertently waking him. As Kong fights a swarm of flying Terapusmordax (bat-like rodents), Ann and Jack escape by grabbing the wing of one and then jumping into a river. They arrive at the village wall with the angry Kong following them, and Ann becomes distraught by what Carl plans to do. Kong bursts through the gate and struggles to get her back, but is knocked out by chloroform.

In New York, in the late winter of 1933, Carl presents a chained Kong, the Eighth Wonder of the World on Broadway, starring Baxter and an imprisoned Kong. Ann has become an anonymous chorus girl. Camera flashes from photographers enrage the gorilla. Kong breaks free from his chrome-steel chains. He rampages through the theater. Kong chases Jack across town, where Kong encounters Ann again. Kong and Ann share a moment on a frozen pond in Central Park until the army attacks. Kong climbs with Ann onto the dome of the Empire State Building, where he fights off a flight of six Curtiss Falcon fighter planes sent to attack him, downing three. Kong is hit by several bursts of gunfire, and gazes at Ann for the last time before dying and falling from the building. Ann is greeted by Jack as reporters gather around Kong's carcass. Carl takes a last look and says, "It wasn't the airplanes. It was Beauty killed the Beast."
